This limited membership does not allow a patron to partake in any other services or programs offered by the libraries. Why do I have to register for reciprocal borrowing privileges? Each library system has a different computer system that is compatible but not fully integrated therefore, we need to register you on our database. What do I need to register? To register we require an original document showing your name and address and a library card from your local library system. You also have the option of purchasing a full-service card, for an annual fee. A full-service card allows a patron to partake in all services and programs offered by the libraries. What can I borrow? You may borrow up to 8 items and place 2 holds at a time. How do overdue materials and fines affect my library card? You will be notified if you have overdue materials from the library system where these were borrowed. Overdue materials must be returned, and fines paid to the system where the items were borrowed. Are there differences in how I use the other library? When you use your reciprocal borrowing privileges you may find that some borrowing practices are slightly different. For example, there may be different due dates, or different limits on the quantities of material types borrowed.
